We are looking for an experienced hospice liaison to grow with us! Join the Wings of Hope Hospice team and help more patients access quality hospice services!

As a successful Wings of Hope Hospice Community Liaison, you will build and maintain collaborative relationships with assisted living facilities, hospitals, physician offices and other community referral sources. Direct all sales and marketing operations, including overseeing implementation of marketing initiatives. You will learn and understand the local market and the agency differentiators, develop and execute strategic marketing plans which may include community outreach, using consultative sales techniques, providing service presentations and other strategies. It will be your responsibility to grow the agency reputation in the community through strategic outreach to community partners. As a liaison, a high level of ethics in healthcare sales is necessary. We want you to become part of our team culture and collaborate fully with our top-notch clinical staff on a daily basis.

Qualifications: This position requires a strong consultative sales approach. At least one year of hospice or related healthcare sales is needed and a bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred. You must have the ability to ethically promote hospice services by utilizing flexible communication skills and adjusting messaging based on audience. Agile and creative problem-solving skills as well as an entrepreneurial mindset that can be applied to growing territory and referral sources is a must. You will need to have excellent communication skills as well as a proven ability to manage a sales territory and referral database. You will also need valid driver’s license and a reliable automobile that is properly registered and insured as this is an on the road position. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Benefits: Position offers a competitive base salary and incentive plan. Medical/dental/vision benefits are available after 90 days. 401k after one year of employment with employer match up to 3%. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
